Ute Kolar’s blue brooch is a unique piece crafted from copper and enamel, continuing the artist’s refined exploration of surface, structure, and material transformation. Following her Eisberg collection, selected for Schmuck 2026, this new work moves from the luminous whites of ice, snow, and mineral formations into a vivid blue palette. The enamel surface reveals subtle variations in texture and tone, giving the brooch its own rhythm, depth, and visual intensity.
