1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

Please note that during peak seasons or special events, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you in case of any significant delay.


2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 2-5 business days

  • International: 3-7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier, customs, or local postal services.


3. Shipping Methods

We ship using trusted carriers such as DHL / UPS / FedEx / DPD.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.


4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may apply upon arrival.
These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing your order.


5. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address or failure to collect from a pickup point, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@therezapedrosa.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your order is lost in transit, please notify us within 5 days from the expected delivery date so we can file a claim.
