Refund policy
At Thereza Pedrosa Gallery, each piece is an original work or limited edition. We want your experience with us to be as special as the artworks we represent, and while our policies are firm to protect both you and the artists, we will always do our best to support you if any issue arises.
We accept returns and exchanges on eligible European orders received within 7 days of delivery. Customized items, including sizing and special orders, are not eligible for return. Please note that all international orders outside Europe are final sale and cannot be returned.
To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. All returns are subject to Quality Control inspection. If an item does not meet our return standards, it will be sent back to you.
If your return is accepted, you may choose between a refund or store credit. Please note that refunds or credits are subject to a fee, corresponding to the cost of original shipping. Your return must be shipped prepaid and insured, with signature confirmation. Refunds typically appear within 2–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
To initiate a return, please email info@therezapedrosa.com with your name, order number, the reason for your return, and whether you prefer a refund or store credit. We’ll then guide you through the process step by step.
