Yoko Takirai and Pietro Pellitteri, a Japanese–Italian artist duo based in Florence, have been collaborating since the late 1990s, developing a distinctive visual language that unites two cultures, two sensibilities, and two ways of perceiving form. Their jewelry embodies an ongoing dialogue between precision and intuition, geometry and emotion, silence and movement.

Each piece emerges from their shared pursuit of balance — not symmetry, but a living equilibrium between opposites. Through subtle lines, architectural structures, and the nuanced play of light and shadow, their works express a quiet strength and timeless simplicity. The body becomes an integral element of the composition, completing the work and bringing it to life.
