This is Lluís Comín

Lluís Comín Vilajosana was born in Barcelona in 1958. He studied jewelry at the Escola Massana and later graduated in gemology, specializing in diamonds, at the University of Barcelona. His love for jewelry and craftsmanship, however, began long before his formal education — nurtured from an early age in his father’s goldsmith workshop.

Comín’s mastery of traditional goldsmithing techniques, combined with his profound human and artistic sensitivity, makes each of his creations a story — a moment of reflection captured in eternity. His perspective on the world, nature, and humanity adds emotional depth to his technical expertise.

His jewels, often enriched with natural elements such as wood or stones gathered during his excursions, bear witness to his life experiences. Each collection unfolds like a book, narrating its own tale. Vestiges invites reflection on the future of humanity and the legacy we leave behind; Magic Mountains celebrates pure values such as friendship and freedom; and Ithaca, inspired by Ulysses’ journey across the Mediterranean, invites us to ponder the meaning of life itself.
